Our products support two major standards making organisations that define rules for encoding on RFID tags: ISO and EPCglobalTM. The EPCglobalTM standard currently determines a set of unique item identifiers, expressed as various EPC codes that require to be encoded in the Class 1 Generation 2 RFID tag (also known as ISO/IEC 18000-6 Type C).

The ISO standards are more generic and support multiple sectors. The encoding rules are defined in ISO/IEC 15962, together with application commands in ISO/IEC 15961. These ISO data encoding rules support a number of different ISO/IEC 18000 series of air interface protocol standards at Low Frequency, High Frequency, UHF, near-Microwave, and for active tags

Currently we support encoding and decoding for the following tag types:

Our products will support additional encoding and RFID technology standards as these are developed.
